Responsibilities
Gestire le relazioni con lead, prospect e conti clienti attivi
Sviluppare e mantenere il funnel di vendite in coordinamento con il team più ampio delle vendite
Possedere il processo operativo di vendita: proposte, documentazione, follow-up e coordinamento
Gestire il flusso documentale completo con i clienti, inclusi NDA, quotazioni e chiarimenti commerciali/tecnici
Coordinarsi internamente con Assistenza Clienti, Ingegneria, R&D, SBO e Finanza per fornire risposte accurate e tempestive.
Mantenere la qualità dei dati CRM e la visibilità interna chiara sullo stato delle trattative e sui prossimi passi.
Supportare l'esecuzione degli affari attraverso l'entrata degli ordini e il passaggio a team interni.
Requirements
2–5 anni di esperienza in vendite, gestione account o un ruolo di progetto commerciale
Abilità di apprendimento e curiosità per prodotti tecnici e processi di vendita complessi
Struttura e fiducia nelle interazioni con i clienti professionali
Fluente in inglese; Competente in spagnolo e/o portoghese
