Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic talent advisor to business and HR leaders, providing guidance on hiring strategies, and market intelligence to support informed decision-making.
Build and maintain strong and trusted relationships with all stakeholders across the organization.
Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to build talent pipelines for evergreen and future roles.
Establish networks and partnerships with government agencies, recruitment firms, and other external stakeholders to expand sourcing channels.
Manage end-to-end candidate evaluations, including resume screening, phone interviews, and assessments, to recommend top talent to hiring managers.
Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for accurate metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
Lead and participate in continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
Act as project lead for Asia-Pacific (AP) initiatives and provide support for regional hiring needs as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 7 years of hands-on recruiting experience in Singapore.
Proven experience in hiring for software, IT, and other technology-related roles.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and critical assignments simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with hiring managers in Singapore and across regions.
Knowledge of the Singapore talent landscape, market insights, and local employment regulations.
