About the role

  • Marketing Director leading omnichannel marketing campaigns for Elevance Health. Transforming marketing strategy with a focus on customer engagement and retention priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Improve campaign planning effectiveness by setting standards and ensuring consistent planning
  • Serve as a team plan, providing coaching, prioritization, and performance oversight
  • Translate enterprise and business marketing strategies into clear, executable omnichannel campaign plans
  • Oversee development of GTM planning artifacts including journey maps, channel strategies, forecasts, and test-and-learn road maps
  • Establish and maintain planning governance, processes, and ways of working to improve scalability and speed-to-market
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and manage dependencies across data, assets, technology, and timelines
  • Ensure campaign plans and briefs are complete, aligned, and ready for execution prior to intake and activation
  • Partner with stakeholders to define measurement frameworks, KPIs, and performance forecasts
  • Monitor campaign performance and synthesize insights to inform future planning and optimization
  • Serve as a senior point of contact and escalation for campaign planning risks, tradeoffs, and delivery challenges
  • Leverage marketing technology and data platforms (e.g., Data Cloud, SFMC, AEM) to inform planning and optimization
  • Educates team members to ensure campaigns are leveraging AI features, automation opportunities and best practices

Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS degree
  • minimum of 8 years of experience
