About the role

  • Contract Administration Manager ensuring compliance with public contracts at Eletromidia. Leading project sustainability and working closely with governmental entities in São Paulo.

Responsibilities

  • Manage compliance with contractual obligations for agreements signed with public entities, ensuring adherence to clauses, deadlines and performance indicators;
  • Act as the institutional and technical focal point for relations with granting public authorities and contractual partners;
  • Coordinate the preparation and review of reports, official communications, executive presentations and technical documents related to contract execution;
  • Support the analysis of economic and financial models for concession contracts and PPPs (Public-Private Partnerships), contributing to project sustainability;
  • Assess risks and opportunities arising from regulatory, legislative and contractual changes;
  • Liaise with legal and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with legal and normative obligations;
  • Lead negotiations and discussions with public entities, safeguarding good governance and institutional relations;
  • Participate in internal and external committees related to contract management and government relations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Law or Business Administration (postgraduate degree preferred);
  • Experience in managing public-private contracts, concessions, partnerships or projects with the public administration (either from the public or private side);
  • Strong expertise in contract management, risk analysis, institutional communication and negotiation with public authorities;
  • Excellent analytical skills, organization, technical and executive writing, and ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Familiarity with legal, regulatory and legislative analyses applicable to administrative contracts;
  • Experience in preparing executive presentations and analyzing economic-financial models;
  • Prior experience in infrastructure companies, urban mobility, urban communications or public concessions, or in public agencies responsible for structuring and managing PPP contracts is desirable;
  • Must reside in Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte or São Paulo.
