Responsibilities
Ensure complete and accurate management of French payroll
Collect and process employee-related data
Produce payslips for your assigned scope
Ensure operations comply with social legislation, the applicable collective bargaining agreement, and company agreements
Handle post-payroll processing
Open hiring files and register new hires with social security organizations
Maintain HRIS databases
Manage wage garnishments (attachments and alimony)
Manage payroll advances
Prepare employment and salary certificates (including France Travail requests)
Respond to administrative inquiries from various agencies and ministries
Prepare termination settlement statements and final settlement receipts
Ensure enforcement of social regulations, collective bargaining agreements, and company-level agreements
Monitor changes in employment legislation and internal policies
Update internal procedures accordingly
Prepare dashboards and reports for payroll, leave and absence tracking
Handle incoming calls from employees
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Payroll and Personnel Administration or equivalent
2 to 5 years' minimum experience in payroll and personnel administration
Proficient with payroll software (SILAE is a plus)
Proficient with office software (e.g., MS Office)
Good knowledge of labor law and social security regulations
Demonstrates rigor, organizational skills, accuracy and discretion
Team player with strong interpersonal skills when dealing with internal and external stakeholders and ability to adapt
