About the role

  • Sachbearbeiter:in Verwaltung / Leistungsabrechnung in Ratingen, Deutschland. Verantwortlich für Leistungsabrechnung und Buchhaltungsaufgaben im Bereich Erziehung.

Responsibilities

  • Timely preparation of service invoices/billing to payers (funding agencies)
  • Budget and trust fund accounting for residential groups
  • Verification of master data entered by the groups in Vivendi
  • Entry and updating of client records
  • Review of submitted cash documents and preparation of corresponding reports
  • Account maintenance, account reconciliation and dunning/collection management
  • General correspondence and processing of incoming mail
  • Filing and archiving

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training and accounting knowledge
  • Proficient with Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of Vivendi and/or eGecko is an advantage
  • Attention to detail, resilience and discretion
  • Flexibility and strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to take initiative and independently carry out tasks within the scope of responsibility
