  • Support for Printed Circuit Board fabricators using MacDermid Alpha's processes. Prepare action plans, provide feedback, and conduct presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare action plans for effective identification of root cause of customer process issues
  • Provide timely commercial feedback to team members and management
  • Create and conduct customer technical presentations and reports
  • Identify commercial opportunities through awareness of customers' quality and engineering difficulties
