About the role
- Senior Consultant in IT Service Engineering advising clients on service management improvement with a focus on IT strategies and individual solutions. Collaborating on ITSM frameworks and enhancing service delivery processes.
Responsibilities
- Advise and, if required, take on (partial) project management for client projects to establish or improve service management for specific IT services
- Identify clients' organizational challenges and work with them to develop tailored solutions to adapt existing service management processes
- Plan roll-outs related to service delivery for new services and establish or optimize service provider governance
- Further develop our consulting offering by contributing experience and new methods
Requirements
- At least three years of project and/or consulting experience in ITSM
- Good understanding of frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT or SIAM
- Familiarity with the challenges at the interface between IT and the business
- Analytical ability to structure complexity and clarify interrelationships, and the ability to design solutions/concepts and explain them
- Very good presentation and communication skills in German
