Senior Consultant in IT Service Engineering advising clients on service management improvement with a focus on IT strategies and individual solutions. Collaborating on ITSM frameworks and enhancing service delivery processes.
Responsibilities
Advise and, if required, take on (partial) project management for client projects to establish or improve service management for specific IT services
Identify clients' organizational challenges and work with them to develop tailored solutions to adapt existing service management processes
Plan roll-outs related to service delivery for new services and establish or optimize service provider governance
Further develop our consulting offering by contributing experience and new methods
Requirements
At least three years of project and/or consulting experience in ITSM
Good understanding of frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT or SIAM
Familiarity with the challenges at the interface between IT and the business
Analytical ability to structure complexity and clarify interrelationships, and the ability to design solutions/concepts and explain them
Very good presentation and communication skills in German
