Responsibilities
Advise and, where applicable, assume (partial) project leadership for client projects to establish or improve service management for specific IT services
Identify clients' organizational challenges and develop tailored solutions together with them to adjust existing service management processes
Conduct rollout planning for service delivery of new services and establish or optimize service provider management
Further develop our consulting portfolio by contributing experience and new methods
Requirements
At least three years of project and/or consulting experience in ITSM
Good understanding of frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, or SIAM
Familiarity with the challenges at the interface between IT and the business
Analytical skills to structure complexity and clarify relationships, plus the ability to design solutions/concepts and explain them
Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
