About the role

  • Director of Food & Beverage overseeing daily operations and events in a prestigious restaurant. Ensuring high standards in service quality and staff management in Geneva, Switzerland.

Responsibilities

  • You oversee all on-site F&B activities: daily dining, banquets, cocktails, events and VIP services
  • You supervise all food service operations on site, ensuring the quality of the dishes
  • You coordinate the organization of banquets, cocktails and events, from planning through execution
  • In partnership with the Executive Chef, you take an active role in recruitment

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading and managing food & beverage operations in a demanding environment
  • Hospitality diploma required (hotel school, federal certificate or equivalent)
  • Excellent command of French and English required
  • Comfortable with numbers and computer tools
