About the role

  • Customer Service Representative advising students in learning languages via phone, chat, and email at EF Education First. Motivating students and guiding them through the online school experience from Barcelona.

Responsibilities

  • Motivating and guiding our students through our online school
  • Advising on how to achieve personal and company learning targets via phone, chat, and email
  • Presenting the different school features and options to provide a customized service
  • Overcoming student objections, anticipating their needs by giving personal solutions to manage time and progress
  • Offering call and following up service in German (C2 level), Spanish (C2 Level) and English (C1 or C2 level)
  • Hosting school demo webinars
  • Providing technical advice and solutions to ensure all our students have the best learning experience using EF products
  • Responding to all questions directly or by relaying to our Global Customer Service by email or chat
  • Meeting the operations requirements of quality and productivity of customer support services
  • Reporting to your Supervisor.

Requirements

  • Excellent writing and speaking skills in German, Spanish, and English
  • Highly responsible with a strong sense of ownership and autonomy
  • Focused on students’ satisfaction and ready to go the extra mile
  • Cultural awareness and interpersonal skills that establish trusted advisor relationship with students
  • Ability to remain calm and organized under pressure and with uneasy students
  • Great communicator with students and teammates
