Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives
Process and tool ownership relating to Marketing development funds
In-depth knowledge of all forms of manufacturer marketing and business development programs (MDF, BDF & Co-op etc.)
Responsible for creating MDF pre-approvals & claims
Managing the appropriate manufacturer tools until the final release of manufacturer money
Updates appropriate partner tools for marketing programs
Responsible for the timely collection of the transmitted claims within the framework of all manufacturer programs
Prepares reports relating to the various marketing budgets
Responsible for ensuring month-end closure activities are completed

Requirements
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Sound knowledge of MS Office
Knowledge of Finance Controlling
