About the role

  • Customer Support Representative managing client inquiries at ECO Schulte, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction through efficient service.

Responsibilities

  • You act as the liaison between ECO Schulte and our customers
  • You handle customer requests and independently manage a defined portfolio of clients
  • You respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotations and follow them up
  • You process complaints, including issuing credit notes
  • You create customer-specific price lists and maintain pricing agreements in our ERP system
  • You monitor key performance indicators and report them to your supervisors
  • You maintain customer data in our CRM system
  • You work proactively with the field sales team and other internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/vocational training or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of professional experience
  • Strong customer-service orientation and interpersonal skills
  • Quick learner with the ability to prioritize daily tasks
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
  • Strong interest in technical product areas
