About the role

  • Accounting Specialist focusing on process optimization for real estate in Germany. Handling accounts and collaborating with departments on payment and voucher management.

Responsibilities

  • Support ongoing account maintenance for the voucher business of our shopping centers
  • Responsible for monthly checks and account reconciliations for the voucher business
  • Actively manage payment and voucher service providers
  • Design relevant KPIs for monitoring and reporting
  • Identify optimization opportunities and drive automation initiatives
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth interface communication

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial training and several years of professional experience in accounting/controlling
  • Ideally some experience in process and project management
  • Enjoy working with data-driven and analytical tasks
  • Structured and proactive working style with strong team orientation
  • Proficient with common accounting software (SAP) and MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Good English skills
