About the role
- Junior HR Analyst focusing on attracting and integrating new talents, supporting employee management at Easely.
Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment processes (role alignment, job posting, screening, interviews and feedback).
- Design and administer technical and behavioral assessments tailored to each area (Finance, Technology, Sales, etc.).
- Manage the recruitment funnel and hiring metrics (time-to-hire, candidate sources, stage conversion rates).
- Contribute to employer branding campaigns and promote vacancies on social media and partner platforms.
- Support onboarding of new employees, ensuring a positive experience aligned with Easely's culture.
- Monitor performance and engagement indicators (absenteeism, turnover, performance in evaluations, etc.).
- Support execution of cultural rituals (1:1s, All Hands, WBRs, company-wide workshops and semiannual feedback).
- Help structure learning paths and development programs for operational and administrative teams.
- Support internal communications, promoting clarity, belonging and recognition of employees.
- Act as a link between leadership and employees, ensuring Easely's values and culture are lived day-to-day.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
- Prior experience in Recruitment & Selection (internship experience accepted).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Interest in people management, organizational culture and human development.
- Comfortable working with Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets and recruitment platforms (e.g., Gupy, Kenoby, PandaHire or similar).
