About the role

  • Team Lead managing customer service teams within the renewable energy sector at Westnetz GmbH. Responsible for leading and developing a team while ensuring efficient operations and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • You lead and develop your team of 16 employees at the Recklinghausen and Osnabrück locations and ensure efficient personnel deployment

  • You keep an eye on the challenges of digitalization and align your team accordingly

Requirements

  • Successfully completed technical or business degree
  • Several years of professional experience in customer service
  • Initial experience in personnel management or experience as a project manager
  • You think in digital solutions and have the necessary experience for this
  • Leadership competence: farsighted, decisive, consistent, motivating and team-promoting
  • Conflict competence, situational appropriateness and self-management skills
  • You have successfully implemented topics in the area of occupational safety and health protection
