About the role

  • HR Administrative support for Westnetz's personnel management team. Assisting with various HR processes and documentation in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support in operational HR and personnel measures
  • Preparation of required documents for hires, transfers, reclassifications and contract extensions
  • Maintenance of the digital personnel file
  • Support for recruiters in organizing and scheduling appointments
  • Preparation of materials for pre-selection and conducting initial screening conversations with applicants

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training
  • Professional experience in HR administration/personnel administration
  • Ideally experience with SAP and SuccessFactors
  • Strong affinity for various IT systems
  • Careful and efficient working style and ability to prioritize
  • Problem-solver with an eye for areas that need support
  • Conscientious and reliable approach to tasks
  • Proactive interpersonal skills and the ability to support people in stressful situations
