Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training
Professional experience in HR administration/personnel administration
Ideally experience with SAP and SuccessFactors
Strong affinity for various IT systems
Careful and efficient working style and ability to prioritize
Problem-solver with an eye for areas that need support
Conscientious and reliable approach to tasks
Proactive interpersonal skills and the ability to support people in stressful situations
