Responsibilities
Preparation of decision papers and procedural guidelines for projects and personnel measures
Active participation in HR projects and taking professional responsibility for your area
Monitoring legal, collective bargaining and company-level changes, deriving required actions and implementing them
Supporting contract and settlement negotiations with various employer stakeholders
Ensuring statutory co-determination and involvement of employee representative bodies (works councils)
Preparation of works agreements and responsibility for HR governance–related topics
Requirements
University degree in economics or law, preferably with a focus on labor/employment law
Relevant professional experience in a comparable HR role, or a strong willingness and ability to quickly and thoroughly familiarize yourself with the subject area
Proficient in German labor law as well as works constitution and collective bargaining law
Experience in project work as well as in preparing, conducting, and following up on co-determination matters
Strong analytical and conceptual skills, and an independent, structured working style
Strong argumentation skills, ability to persuasively present positions, and a pronounced legal and diplomatic sensibility
Excellent communication skills in German and English, and team orientation combined with high interpersonal competence
