Requirements
University degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field
Several years of experience in a People & Culture, HR Business Partner or similar role
Experience working with central HR functions or within a corporate group is an advantage
Excellent communication and advisory skills (German/English)
Hands‑on mentality combined with a strategic outlook
High degree of empathy, trustworthiness and strong organizational skills
