About the role

  • Change Transformation Manager for E WIE EINFACH improving culture and employee experience in hybrid working environment. Support ongoing HR initiatives with strategic alignment and local implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain and further develop our company culture
  • Design initiatives focused on engagement, feedback and collaboration
  • Organize team events, offsites and internal formats
  • Support the entire employee lifecycle in collaboration with the group’s central HR department
  • Advise leaders on people, team and development topics
  • Provide strategic guidance for performance and feedback processes
  • Locally adapt and strategically implement global HR policies and programs
  • Ensure corporate structures are aligned with a start‑up reality
  • Continuously improve people and organizational processes

Requirements

  • University degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field
  • Several years of experience in a People & Culture, HR Business Partner or similar role
  • Experience working with central HR functions or within a corporate group is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and advisory skills (German/English)
  • Hands‑on mentality combined with a strategic outlook
  • High degree of empathy, trustworthiness and strong organizational skills
