Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to leaders, aligning HR practices with the organization’s needs and objectives;
  • Support and guide initiatives to develop leaders;
  • Identify opportunities, design and implement initiatives that promote culture and engagement;
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics for client areas, and propose improvements to people management practices and processes;
  • Identify and develop actions, together with clients, to ensure continuous improvement of organizational climate;
  • Identify and implement training and development initiatives, contributing to employee growth;
  • Analyze, propose, and implement talent retention strategies in collaboration with the areas served;
  • Work on conflict resolution and performance management, promoting a healthy and productive organizational environment;
  • Participate in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for new employees, aligning them with business needs;

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field;
  • Experience across all HR subsystems with a generalist background;
  • Experience identifying and designing engagement and development actions;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively;
  • Experience in data analysis and diagnostics;
