Responsibilities

Drives the people elements of transformation and change initiatives within the business area.
Collaborates with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to address specific needs of the business area.
Supports the development and implementation of performance management that drives high performance and accountability.
Ensures policies and practices comply with local laws and regulations.
Requirements
Possess over 8 years of experience as a People Business Partner, preferably within a commercial organization across various geographies.
Expertise in business partnering and stakeholder management within agile environments.
Proven experience in leading change and organizational transformation.
Proficiency in organizational design, workforce planning and talent development.
Demonstrated track record in leadership/team coaching and organizational development.
Strong drive, proactive and adaptable mindset, with resilience and stay focused in ambiguity.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
