- Partners with and consults business leaders to understand their needs, providing strategic advice and solutions that influence business decisions.
- Coordinates capability development initiatives to ensure the business has necessary skills and competencies.
- Drives the people elements of transformation and change initiatives within the business area.
- Collaborates with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to address specific needs of the business area.
- Supports the development and implementation of performance management that drives high performance and accountability.
- Ensures policies and practices comply with local laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Possess over 8 years of experience as a People Business Partner, preferably within a commercial organization across various geographies.
- Expertise in business partnering and stakeholder management within agile environments.
- Proven experience in leading change and organizational transformation.
- Proficiency in organizational design, workforce planning and talent development.
- Demonstrated track record in leadership/team coaching and organizational development.
- Strong drive, proactive and adaptable mindset, with resilience and stay focused in ambiguity.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
