About the role

  • HR Analyst developing reports and dashboards for strategic HR management at TRANS-PIZZATTO. Involved in projects related to HR indicators and decision support.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly on Payroll (DP) and Human & Organizational Development (DHO) projects.
  • Develop, monitor and update HR metrics (absenteeism, turnover, headcount, overtime, hires, terminations, among others).
  • Create and maintain reports, charts, panels and dashboards to track the area's KPIs.
  • Conduct periodic analyses of metrics, identifying trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Support HR managers and leaders with strategic information to aid decision-making.
  • Prepare management presentations and monthly reports for the executive board.
  • Ensure the quality, consistency and currency of the data used.
  • Use of the KMM system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with dashboards and Power BI.
  • Comfortable working with software and systems.
  • Analytical profile with strong organizational and communication skills.
