About the role

  • Account Manager developing sales strategies in food ingredient distribution for Döhler. Engaging with key customers to enhance loyalty and drive revenue targets across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct annual sales planning and continuously update customer-specific forecasts
  • Develop and implement sales initiatives
  • Support assigned customers through professional relationship management
  • Set pricing taking market conditions into account
  • Implement operational objectives for the area of responsibility
  • Translate customer requirements into Döhler processes
  • Implement ideas for digital transformation
  • Ensure and implement customer projects
  • Handle complaints and implement corrective actions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in food science or a related field
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the food and beverage ingredients industry in China
  • Proactive, eager-to-learn attitude
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency in written English
