Responsibilities
Independent acquisition of IT projects with a focus on banks, financial service providers and related industries
Building and expanding a reliable network with decision-makers at both business and IT leadership levels
Placing our developers and IT experts in suitable client projects (contracting, project staffing, team solutions, temporary staffing / employee leasing)
Advising your clients as an equal partner on topics such as digital transformation, regulatory requirements and technological challenges
Negotiating framework agreements and individual project contracts (project terms and conditions)
Monitoring relevant market trends in IT consulting, banking, insurance, energy and digitalization
Strategic exchange regarding DVC’s sales development
Target achievement and performance — transparency comes naturally to you
Requirements
At least 6 years of professional experience in IT project sales, key account management, or contracting within the banking and insurance sector
Strong market understanding of IT projects (e.g., software development, regulatory matters, IT modernization, core banking systems)
An established network of decision-makers — ideally at large and regional banks, IT service providers or consulting firms
Confident presence, excellent communication skills and strong negotiation ability at the C-level
Independent, goal-oriented working style with high standards for quality and success
Hands-on mentality and a genuine interest in partnership — with clients, colleagues and the company
Business-fluent German and English (negotiation-level)
