About the role

  • Account Manager at Lexroom.ai managing customer relationships and guiding through onboarding and upselling processes. Collaborating with teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective product use.

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert on Lexroom.ai and a product specialist, guiding customers from onboarding to renewal, including upsells.
  • Manage the entire funnel for existing business, conducting checkpoints/interviews and doing upsells.
  • Work closely with customers to get their feedback, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with the product.
  • Prepare dashboards, monitor KPIs, collaborate with internal teams (e.g. product development, marketing), sharing useful insights and ideas.

Requirements

  • 0-1 year of experience in a Sales, Ops, or customer-facing roles
  • Familiarity with sales support tools (HubSpot, Notion, etc.)
  • Eager to join a rapidly growing startup
  • Optional but a bonus: law degree.
  • Speak both Italian and English.
