Responsibilities
Become an expert on Lexroom.ai and a product specialist, guiding customers from onboarding to renewal, including upsells.
Manage the entire funnel for existing business, conducting checkpoints/interviews and doing upsells.
Work closely with customers to get their feedback, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with the product.
Prepare dashboards, monitor KPIs, collaborate with internal teams (e.g. product development, marketing), sharing useful insights and ideas.
Requirements
0-1 year of experience in a Sales, Ops, or customer-facing roles
Familiarity with sales support tools (HubSpot, Notion, etc.)
Eager to join a rapidly growing startup
Optional but a bonus: law degree.
Speak both Italian and English.
