Responsibilities
Efficiently manage candidate leads, ensuring quality and timely contact
Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify improvements and optimize the selection process
Propose innovative ideas to expand reach and improve talent attraction
Attend virtual job fairs and digitize applicant pre-screening
Achieve assigned daily call targets
Conduct targeted searches for potential candidates on talent platforms
Work with assigned team POCs, ensuring vacancy information is updated in real time according to client requirements
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of end-to-end recruitment experience
Advanced English level
Knowledge of talent acquisition tools and job boards (not mandatory)
Strong organizational skills and data management in ATS platforms
Ability to adapt and improve processes
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
