About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Specialist optimizing candidate acquisition and recruitment processes for a Lima-based company. Seeking proactive and organized individual to enhance human talent strategy in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage candidate leads, ensuring quality and timely contact
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify improvements and optimize the selection process
  • Propose innovative ideas to expand reach and improve talent attraction
  • Attend virtual job fairs and digitize applicant pre-screening
  • Achieve assigned daily call targets
  • Conduct targeted searches for potential candidates on talent platforms
  • Work with assigned team POCs, ensuring vacancy information is updated in real time according to client requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of end-to-end recruitment experience
  • Advanced English level
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition tools and job boards (not mandatory)
  • Strong organizational skills and data management in ATS platforms
  • Ability to adapt and improve processes
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
