About the role

  • Account Director responsible for driving enterprise sales and securing key customer relationships at Digital Realty. Leverage collaboration and strategic account management to achieve revenue objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth and market share expansion for Digital Realty by developing new enterprise customer relationships while expanding and protecting revenue within an existing account portfolio.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships within assigned accounts and target prospects.
  • Lead regular business reviews to align on customer objectives, address challenges, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Identify customer business and technical needs and align them with Digital Realty’s global data center platform of retail and scale collocation assets, plus connectivity solutions.
  • Manage pipeline activity and maintain accurate forecasting within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience preferred, ideally within cloud, data center, or IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Proven success managing complex sales cycles and executive-level relationships.
  • Strong forecasting, negotiation, and pipeline management skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, and presentation tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
