Responsibilities

  • Ensure rigorous HR and payroll support
  • Support managers in personnel management
  • Contribute to high-quality industrial relations and the continuous improvement of our processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or equivalent
  • At least 5 years' proven experience in personnel administration and HR/payroll support
  • Excellent written communication skills, attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset for internal stakeholders
  • Very good command of English required
