Customer Success Key Account role facilitating Dext solutions for B2B clients. Working with key partners to enhance solution adoption and provide training support.
Responsibilities
Support accounting firms in onboarding and client deployment of the solution
Deliver in-person and virtual training to users
Conduct qualitative follow-ups with the firms’ digital leads to ensure their objectives and the deployment plan agreed between the Key Account Manager and the firm’s accountant are being met
Address objections and blockers raised by users
Ensure adoption of new Dext features during follow-up calls and training sessions
Escalate strategic risks that could hinder deployment to the Key Account Manager
Work in tandem with a Key Account Manager and develop an enterprise account strategy with them to identify firms in the onboarding and adoption phases
Provide recommendations to improve our enterprise support (creating training content, organizing workshops, webinars, etc.)
Coordinate portfolio management with the Key Account Manager and the other Customer Success Manager, and share Customer Success best practices with the team
Collaborate with the product team to report product improvement opportunities and maintain an in-depth knowledge of our tool
Requirements
Experience in an accounting firm using digital tools (production software, bookkeeping/pre-accounting software, payroll software, expense management software, neo-bank, etc.)
Fast learner with strong analytical thinking
Organized and structured
Excellent listening and communication skills (verbal and written)
Team player
Adaptable, agile and curious to learn more about the accounting ecosystem and the industry’s transformation
