About the role
- Human Resources Advisor supporting HR solutions and practices for Desjardins. Advising, diagnosing issues, and implementing HR management strategies with a cooperative focus.
Responsibilities
- Advise managers to help them identify and implement solutions and practices to address HR management issues
- Diagnose issues, challenges and needs to determine target outcomes
- Help develop and implement objectives, solutions and action plans
- Analyze data, assist with studies, help develop recommendations and prepare reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Knowledge of change management approaches
- Knowledge of external environment
- Understanding of the philosophy and fundamentals of financial services cooperatives
- Knowledge of policies, legislation, standards and ethics governing the operations of the caisse and its centres
- Knowledge of motivational management practices
- Knowledge of human resources management programs

- Knowledge of the democratic structure of the caisses and the Desjardins network
