About the role

  • HR Business Partner supporting leaders and employees in strategic HR decisions for a technological firm. Collaborating in people management and organizational engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the HR focal point for managers and employees.
  • Support leaders in decisions related to transfers, succession, development and performance.
  • Lead people management rituals (feedback sessions, Individual Development Plans (PDI), performance evaluations).
  • Identify area needs and propose action plans in collaboration with managers.
  • Support Recruitment & Selection processes in alignment with external consultancies.
  • Monitor climate and engagement, proposing initiatives to strengthen the organizational culture.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, engagement), converting them into insights for leadership.

Requirements

  • Degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Previous experience as an HRBP or across different HR subsystems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a consultative approach.
  • Analytical mindset, ownership mentality and results orientation.
  • Ability to influence and support managers in people-related decisions.
