Responsibilities
Act strategically in the analysis, design and transformation of IT processes, ensuring operational efficiency, scalability, governance and alignment with business objectives through continuous improvement and the use of technology
Lead the mapping, analysis and redesign of complex IT processes
Identify bottlenecks, risks and opportunities for optimization in technological and operational processes
Define and monitor KPIs and SLAs for IT processes
Ensure compliance with frameworks and best practices
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years' experience in mapping, analyzing and improving corporate processes
Experience in process automation projects
Methodologies: BPM, Lean, Six Sigma
Process modeling (BPMN 2.0)
ITIL
Modeling tools (Bizagi, Visio, etc.)
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields
Knowledge of HR
