Responsibilities
Participate in new Workday module testing, enhancement validation, and system implementation activities.
Perform regular Workday data audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
Manage and update Workday supervisory organizations (Sup Orgs), positions, and employee data.
Handle Workday compensation updates, including salary changes, allowances, and compensation events.
Support Workday enhancement requests by performing impact analysis, testing, and providing recommendations.
Manage the Help Center / HR ticket queue, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of Workday-related queries.
Collaborate with HR Tech and cross-functional teams for system improvements and process automation.
Ensure data integrity in Workday by conducting periodic checks and coordinating corrections with stakeholders.
Assist in creating and updating Workday SOPs, user guides, and process documentation.
Ability to leverage AI-enabled HR systems and analytics to automate transactional processes, improve data accuracy, and drive operational efficiency.
Requirements
Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR.
At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in Workday HCM.
Working knowledge of applying AI in day-to-day HR operations.
Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Adaptable, proactive, and willing to take on challenging tasks.
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
