Encouraging collaboration amongst team members
Requirements
4-6 years of relevant experience in HR operations, transformation programmes, enabling HR cloud technologies, shared services, organisation design or a specialist HR area
Involvement in at least one to two HR transformations involving cloud products (e.g. Successfactors/Workday/Oracle HCM/ServiceNow)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Willingness to work outside of office base
