Responsibilities
Lead your Business Development Manager (BDM) team to consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Clearly communicate company directives, sales objectives, and the reasoning behind them (the Why).
Be an accessible mentor: maintain a regular presence on the sales floor and support urgent partner issues.
Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings with team members to improve key metrics (sales activities, P2P, quality metrics, conversion, etc.).
Provide actionable feedback tailored to individual sales reps’ performance and career growth.
Drive team motivation and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Enforce and implement company policies and team-level procedures, including attendance and disciplinary standards.
Strategically improve team output and uplift critical performance metrics.
Foster a culture focused on excellent sales support.
Identify, design, and refine efficient processes and methodologies for your sales team.
Collaborate with onboarding teams to efficiently activate top restaurants across France.
Represent and uphold Deliveroo’s values and brand.
Requirements
Fluent in French and English.
4+ years of experience in sales; B2B experience is a plus.
2+ years of people management or team leadership experience.
Drive to excel in a fast-paced environment and contribute to an impactful company.
Willingness to take on challenges and step outside your comfort zone.
