You will support the After Sales & Retention team in daily operations and contribute proactively

Reporting & data analysis
Preparing presentations based on this data
Review and research
Reviewing revenue figures, invoices and contract data in the internal SAP system
Reviewing and verifying postal and bank identification procedures
Processing tasks in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (Salesforce)
Organizing, revising, assigning and forwarding cross-departmental processes in close communication with other specialist teams (Sales, Contract Entry, Customer Service, Compliance, Quality Management, etc.)
Reviewing business registrations and trade deregistrations
Creating termination orders
Requirements
Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration (BWL), Economics (VWL) or a related field
