About the role

  • Support After Sales & Retention team in daily operations to learn about the customer lifecycle and gain insights into the payment industry. Responsibilities include reporting, data analysis, and communication with various departments.

Responsibilities

  • You will support the After Sales & Retention team in daily operations and contribute proactively
  • You will learn the entire customer lifecycle and gain deep insights into the payments industry
  • Reporting & data analysis
  • Preparing presentations based on this data
  • Review and research
  • Reviewing revenue figures, invoices and contract data in the internal SAP system
  • Reviewing and verifying postal and bank identification procedures
  • Processing tasks in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (Salesforce)
  • Organizing, revising, assigning and forwarding cross-departmental processes in close communication with other specialist teams (Sales, Contract Entry, Customer Service, Compliance, Quality Management, etc.)
  • Reviewing business registrations and trade deregistrations
  • Creating termination orders

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration (BWL), Economics (VWL) or a related field
  • Additional skills and experience that would set you apart: curious, highly self-motivated and able to work into complex subject matter
