About the role

  • Intern supporting the sales strategy team at BMW Group. Gaining insights into global sales organization and assisting with operational tasks and projects.

Responsibilities

  • You will gain insights into the management of a global sales organization and support operational tasks as well as sales projects.
  • You will also assist in strategy and central management activities for the overall sales organization.
  • In addition, you will support the planning, organization, and execution of sales events and workshops.
  • You will actively contribute to current strategic topics.
  • You will support the preparation of presentations for decision-making bodies within the BMW Group.
  • You will also be involved in coordinating the target management process.
  • Furthermore, you will assist with various operational tasks.

Requirements

  • Enrollment in a degree program in Business Administration, Business Education, Industrial Engineering, or Business Informatics.
  • Initial practical experience in sales, management consulting, or the automotive industry is desirable.
  • Good analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Confident manner, strong teamwork and communication skills, and high self-initiative.
  • Very good written and spoken English.
