Internal Sales Representative acting as primary contact with customers at Lumen. Handling inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction in electrical distribution.
Responsibilities
Receive customer calls and provide appropriate information regarding pricing and products, conducting research as needed.
Enter customer orders into the system.
Follow up with customers on orders in progress.
Track corporate requests, analyze reports and take action.
Take necessary steps to resolve customer service issues in a timely manner and ensure follow-up.
Proactively suggest related and/or alternative products when appropriate.
Keep technical product knowledge up to date.
Other related duties.
Requirements
Two (2) years of experience in customer service and sales
DEP (Diploma of Vocational Studies) in Electrical/Electronics or sales training (an asset)
Good knowledge of the electrical distribution market
