About the role

  • B2B Sales role at deinetuete, specializing in sustainable packaging solutions for businesses in Europe. Engaging with new clients and developing creative sales strategies while collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities

  • Company building: Join the core team and support us in establishing deinetuete as a leading provider of sustainable, custom-printed to-go packaging in Europe.
  • New customer acquisition: Identify and acquire new B2B customers—primarily in gastronomy, hospitality and retail—through various channels (phone, email, social media).
  • Lead generation: Unlock new customer potential and fill the sales pipeline with qualified leads that align with our sustainability mission.
  • Customer retention: Maintain and develop existing customer relationships to build long-term partnerships and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities.
  • Strategy development: Work on creative sales strategies to increase brand awareness and open new markets.
  • Team collaboration: Cooperate closely with management, marketing and the supply chain to develop customer-focused solutions and ensure optimal order fulfillment.

Requirements

  • Sales experience: You already have some experience in sales. Alternatively, you are a motivated career changer with a strong sales mentality.
  • Sociability: You are a communication talent and can quickly build new relationships, whether by phone, email or in person. Long-term customer relationships come naturally to you.
  • Company building: You want to actively contribute and enjoy developing deinetuete as a market leader in sustainable to-go packaging.
  • Persuasiveness: You can excite customers and have no hesitation in presenting sustainable packaging solutions as a real added value.
  • Structured & self-responsible working style: You are well organized, work independently and keep an overview of your tasks and goals—even in a dynamic start-up environment.
  • Digital affinity: You are comfortable working with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive), MS Office and digital tools.
  • Passion for branding: You are enthusiastic about strong brands in the food sector and understand how custom packaging influences perception and business success.
  • German is your native language.
