About the role

  • Revenue Operations Associate at Definely working with commercial teams to optimize processes and enhance data usage. Collaborating across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success for operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Champion the effective use of HubSpot across the commercial function building dashboards, managing workflows, maintaining data hygiene, and driving CRM adoption.
  • Analyse commercial data to uncover insights, spot trends, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain forecasting models and support quarterly/annual target-setting in line with business goals.
  • Identify and lead process improvements that streamline our go-to-market operations and reduce friction in the customer journey.
  • Support onboarding and training for revenue teams on tools, data usage, and reporting best practices.
  • Work cross-functionally to execute projects that support Revenue Operations strategy, such as territory planning, segmentation, or performance reporting.
  • Own the evaluation and implementation of new tools that enhance automation, insight generation, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Revenue/Commercial Operations, Sales/Marketing Ops, Business Analysis, Consulting, or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for manipulating and analysing data.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems (especially HubSpot) and other go-to-market tools (e.g. Gong, Zapier, Notion etc.).
  • Proficiency in AI tooling and a wider interest in the industry.
  • A structured thinker who can break down problems, analyse data, and present clear recommendations.
  • Project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and drive them to completion.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset — comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities.
  • Strong collaboration skills — you can work well across different teams and seniority levels.
