About the role

  • Senior IT Service Manager managing SLA and KPI compliance while enhancing service offerings. Working in a dynamic team at a leading German IT service provider.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor SLAs and KPIs for our clients
  • Create work packages and conduct workshops as part of our service catalog
  • Track implementations and provide organizational support for projects
  • Drive strategic development together with the client
  • Participate in CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings
  • Prepare reports and analyses; support invoice preparation
  • Plan personnel deployment and manage staffing in your area
  • Support the professional development of employees in the specialist departments
  • Prepare proposals in consultation with the specialist departments
  • Prepare for and actively participate in pre-sales meetings
  • Support tenders (RFPs) and the creation of references/case studies

Requirements

  • Degree in (business) computer science or vocational training in an IT-related field
  • Several years of experience in IT service management and project management
  • Experience creating technical documentation, reports, and PowerPoint presentations
  • Proficient with ticketing systems
  • Strong analytical thinking and a structured, independent working style
  • Professional and confident demeanor
  • Strong service- and results-orientation
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, including interaction at C-level
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
