Responsibilities
Shape a strategic portfolio that enables meaningful impact
Lead the creation and oversight of D&IT portfolio, driving smarter decision‑making and stronger delivery outcomes
Design portfolio strategies that reflect organisational goals and risk appetite
Monitor performance, ensuring assets are optimally allocated
Deepen understanding of portfolio exposure using both quantitative and qualitative insights
Strengthen trust and transparency with senior stakeholders
Refine demand‑intake process, preparing clear performance and risk reports
Ensure the portfolio delivers consistent value aligned to Vodafone’s ambitions
Requirements
Strong analytical, problem‑solving and synthesis/presentation skills
Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver complex initiatives
A proactive, self‑motivated and curious mindset
A flexible, inclusive and customer‑centred approach
Knowledge of IT processes and experience working in dynamic, fast‑paced environments
Experience implementing or managing portfolios
A technical background (Telecommunications Engineering or Computer Science preferred)
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
