Responsibilities
You provide friendly and competent support to our French-speaking customers
You document and classify tickets in the ticketing system
You manage and administer requests in the ServicePortal (Mon–Sat, between 6:00 and 19:00)
You expertly escalate tickets to downstream support teams
You manage and monitor tickets in accordance with our Service Level Agreements

Are technical support tasks your strength?
You have a quick grasp of new topics and a structured way of working
Excellent communication skills and a strong command of expression are among your core strengths
Ideally, you already have some professional experience in an IT environment
You can communicate very well in German (min. C1)
You have good spoken and written English skills
You are the first point of contact for issues related to e-forms
