Documenting and classifying tickets in the ticketing system
Managing and administering inquiries in the ServicePortal
Forwarding tickets to downstream support units
Controlling and monitoring tickets according to the Service Level Agreements
Requirements
Technical support is your strength — and French is no problem for you
You are the first point of contact for issues with e-forms and help our customers quickly and competently
You document and classify tickets in the ticketing system
You manage and administer inquiries in the ServicePortal (Mon–Sat, between 6 AM and 7 PM), up to 5 days a week and 8 hours per day
You skillfully forward tickets to downstream support units
You control and monitor tickets in accordance with our Service Level Agreements
You are characterized by a customer-friendly and service-oriented approach to work
You are also distinguished by a quick grasp and a structured working style
One of your key strengths is very good communication skills and a strong command of expression
It is an advantage if you have already gained initial professional experience in the IT field
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, round off your profile
You speak very good German (fluent)
Good French skills — you can communicate clearly and support our customers competently
