About the role

  • IT Support Specialist providing technical support to French-speaking clients. Documenting tickets and managing inquiries in the ServicePortal with direct client communication.

Responsibilities

  • Technical support for French-speaking clients
  • Documenting and classifying tickets in the ticketing system
  • Managing and administering inquiries in the ServicePortal
  • Forwarding tickets to downstream support units
  • Controlling and monitoring tickets according to the Service Level Agreements

Requirements

  • Technical support is your strength — and French is no problem for you
  • You are the first point of contact for issues with e-forms and help our customers quickly and competently
  • You document and classify tickets in the ticketing system
  • You manage and administer inquiries in the ServicePortal (Mon–Sat, between 6 AM and 7 PM), up to 5 days a week and 8 hours per day
  • You skillfully forward tickets to downstream support units
  • You control and monitor tickets in accordance with our Service Level Agreements
  • You are characterized by a customer-friendly and service-oriented approach to work
  • You are also distinguished by a quick grasp and a structured working style
  • One of your key strengths is very good communication skills and a strong command of expression
  • It is an advantage if you have already gained initial professional experience in the IT field
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, round off your profile
  • You speak very good German (fluent)
  • Good French skills — you can communicate clearly and support our customers competently
