Responsibilities
Professionally receive incoming software and hardware incident reports in an enterprise customer environment
Process incidents in the ticketing system: prioritization, classification and documentation
Perform troubleshooting and initiate corrective actions
Provide first-line assistance and solutions via remote support
Escalate incidents to downstream teams or specialized units as needed
Requirements
Strong interest in IT, with good communication and teamwork skills
Excellent German language skills, spoken and written; English skills are an advantage
Confident use of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365
Nice to have: completed vocational training in the IT field or prior experience in IT support
