Responsibilities
Further development of the district heating supply at the Sulzbach-Rosenberg site through system expansions
Acquisition of new district heating building connections and standardization of existing contractual arrangements
Support in the development of tailored supply solutions for heat, electricity and cooling
Coordination of project implementation, e.g. district heating expansions and building connections, with responsible internal and external stakeholders
Participation in the transformation of existing supply sites to fully renewable heat supply
Customer acquisition and consulting as well as offer negotiations at the Sulzbach-Rosenberg site and across Bavaria
On-site servicing of existing customers and securing or expanding customer retention
Development of customized proposals for heat supply solutions
Preparation of technical and economic calculations and quotations
Contract negotiations up to and including contract drafting
Handling project- and customer-related internal and external inquiries
Requirements
You hold a completed technical degree (e.g., Industrial Engineering in Energy and Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering)
Alternatively, you are a state-certified technician or possess comparable qualifications (e.g., industrial foreman)
3 to 5 years of professional experience in district heating supply and energy engineering or the energy sector
Knowledge of district heating systems as well as experience in planning and construction management of district heating building connections
Business/administrative experience from your previous roles
Project management experience, including cost calculations, as well as implementation, participation and leadership of projects
Direct customer contact experience
Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word
Ideally familiar with CRM systems
Business-fluent German (negotiation level)
