About the role

  • HR Generalist responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment and employee engagement in Pune.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, HRMS administration, training coordination, payroll support, and grievance handling
  • Drive full-cycle recruitment for staff/associate roles
  • Manage sourcing, screening, assessments, interviews & selection workflows
  • Execute onboarding, documentation & BGV compliance
  • Administer employee lifecycle transactions in HRMS/SAP SuccessFactors
  • Monitor 30-60-90 day assimilation framework for new hires
  • Execute engagement interventions (town halls, R&R, cultural/CSR events)
  • Facilitate KPI/KRA goal-setting & appraisal cycles (mid-year/year-end)
  • Conduct TNA & competency mapping
  • Provide monthly payroll inputs (attendance, shifts, leave, C&B changes)
  • Generate dashboards/MIS on attrition, hiring, training, headcount, attendance
  • Address employee grievances with confidentiality & policy alignment

Requirements

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
  • SAP SuccessFactors
  • Skills: communication, interpersonal skills, SAP, ability to handle multiple priorities, problem-solving and decision-making, confidentiality, professionalism
