Responsibilities
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires and improve company-wide workflows.
Hold one-on-one meetings with project teams and serve as their main point of contact.
Support initiatives to enhance retention and engagement while promoting company values.
Monitor project teams’ satisfaction, address concerns, and resolve conflicts proactively.
Assist managers with performance reviews and feedback discussions.
Guide project teams in setting goals and developing Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
Support succession planning and career progression frameworks.
Oversee internal transfers to ensure seamless transitions within the company.
Collaborate with managers and the L&D team to identify skill gaps and provide training programs.
Requirements
Experience: 1+ years in HR, People Partner`s position or a similar role.
HR Expertise: Knowledge of onboarding, performance management, and talent lifecycle.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong relationships at all levels and proactive approach to work.
Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, international environment.
English Proficiency: Intermediate or higher.
