Responsibilities
New customer acquisition across Germany’s retail sector
Management, expansion and strategic development of newly won clients and prominent existing accounts
Promotion and sales of modern digitalization and rollout projects, including: Mobile Device Management, Wi‑Fi solutions, Electronic Shelf Labeling
Cross‑selling across all Damovo business units — from Unified Collaboration & Video to Network & Security
Positioning and offering of our Managed Services and consulting services
Leading sales and contract negotiations, preparing account and business plans, and responsibility for revenue and margin in your customer segment
Requirements
A technical or business degree, or an equivalent qualification
At least 3 years of sales experience in the retail sector, ideally in the portfolio areas mentioned
Proven success in building and developing national or international key accounts
Preferably product and contract knowledge as well as sales certifications from leading vendors
Very good MS Office skills
Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
Strong communication and negotiation skills and a confident demeanor
