  • Sales Specialist managing strategic accounts in Brazil's Cement and Lime market. Focus on client relationships, growth opportunities, and market analysis in collaboration with internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Commercially manage strategic accounts in the Cement and Lime segment in Brazil
  • Develop long-term customer relationships, acting as a business partner
  • Identify growth opportunities, increase market share and new projects
  • Provide support for refractory applications, analyzing performance and proposing improvements
  • Participate in visits, inspections and monitoring of kiln shutdowns
  • Lead commercial negotiations and prepare technical and commercial proposals
  • Monitor the market, competitors and industry trends
  • Interface with internal departments (technical, Customer Service, Planning and Production, Finance) to ensure efficient execution of contracts and sales
  • Develop market demand forecasts for short-, medium- and long-term cycles
  • Contribute to achieving sales, profitability and market share targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Extensive experience in the cement industry (process and production)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Advanced English
